On-Site Requirements: For on-site consultations, the property owner or authorized decision-maker must be present to discuss design options and pricing. 5. Service Areas: We currently serve El Paso, TX and surrounding areas. Additional travel charges may apply outside our standard service range. 6. Weather Conditions: Outdoor projects are subject to weather delays. In the event of poor weather, we will contact you to reschedule. 7.
